GMP compatible design:

The whole machine is wrapped in stainless steel, and the transmission parts are separated from the working area inside the machine body. The work area is protected by a cover to prevent accidental injury to people. The cover is made of transparent material for easy viewing. The stainless steel wrap at the bottom of the work area makes it easy to clean up dust accumulated quickly.

Compact in size:

DPH-260 only needs 5 square meters, which is very convenient for the layout of clean room (inside workshop). The whole machine is half-detachable and convenient for transportation and final assembly.

Simple molding replacement design:

The molding part is designed by a servo drive directly connecting the eccentric rod and the molded body cavity, and the design speed is 30-60 times/min. It only needs to fix a few screws to replace the mold, and the replacement is convenient and adaptable. It can be put into use without repeated adjustments or fine adjustments. It has Low requirements for personnel, which can save time and improve production efficiency.

Flexibility of Material:

Most blister packaging materials can be used in DPH-260, including PVC, PVC/PVDC, PVC/ACLAR and COC cold-formed aluminum, all of which are widely used in production.

Area isolation:

The feeding zone and the testing site are independent from the heat seal, batch number, punching and cutting zone, and the intervention zone is completely isolated from the non-intervention zone.

Continuous seal:

The rotary sealing mechanism continuously runs the seal, which is fast, stable, impact-free and has a good sealing effect. It has outstanding advantages compared to intermittent systems.

Batch number and punching:

The batch number is placed on the same horizontal line as the two parts punched in one unit, which minimizes vibration (balances the force from the inside). The mold occupies less space so that the machine can run at or near 180 cycles per minute.

Output coordination:

The 260 mm format can be combined with a 1 out 3 combination for easy connection to 1 or 2 conveyor belts, which perfectly cooperates with the downstream line under the premise of no surplus material.
