Working principle

The generated tube is arranged neatly on the tube bucket and automatically fed through the automatic tube loading system into the cup holder (positioning die). Along with the rotational plate, the cup holder revolves and stops at various places. The paste to be filled is placed inside a seal-able conical barrel, and a quantitative filling valve of the plunger type that is directly attached to the barrel is used to precisely and automatically inject the paste into the aluminum tube that is periodically present at the filling station. The turntable keeps turning while the aluminum tube filled with paste is swiftly sent to several sealing stations, where the robots seal the tube tail right away. Alterations to the capacity adjustment table can yield varying filling capacities, while substituting manipulators can finalize the sealing process. The production date, production lot number, and other characters will be automatically printed on the tube's end by the coding manipulator once end sealing is finished, and the completed tube will then be automatically exported via the automatic tube structure.
