Automatic 8 Channel Electronic Counting Machine

Without the requirement for machining when switching out objects, the automatic 8-channel counting machine can be used to count capsules, soft gels, tablets, chewing gum, round pills, and other solid materials. Its material-contact portion is composed of premium 304 stainless steel, fully compliant with GMP regulations.

The transferred bottle is blocked at the bottling position as it waits to be filled by the bottle blocking device on the conveyor belt. Vibration of the feeding corrugated plate causes the material to fall into the counting device in an organized fashion. The photoelectric counting sensor counts the material, and it is subsequently fed into the bottle at the bottling location.

• When the user switches the counting object, there's no need to update the mold.
