Precautions when using sealing machine

1. It is not suitable for metal containers and metal lids, and it cannot be placed on a metal table to press the start button, otherwise the machine will be damaged.
2. Before turning on the power, you must first insert the induction aviation plug and tighten the screws.
3. Use a single-phase three-wire power cord. To ensure operator safety, be sure to use a single-phase three-wire power socket. The ground in the workplace must be dry to maintain insulation.
4. It is equipped with an automatic protection function for temperature overheating. When the temperature inside the machine is overheated, the internal buzzer will beep for a long time and the "Abnormal Protection (PRO. MD.)" yellow indicator light will light up. At this time, the main power switch should be turned off and the machine should be cooled in standby mode. After the buzzer stops, continue working.
5. During work, you should often touch the surface of the sensor head to check whether it is overheated. If you find it is hot to your hands, you should stop heating and wait until it cools down before working again (the power can be turned off for cooling). When the "WARM UP" green indicator light does not light up, Do not press the start button to avoid accidental triggering. After the machine is finished working, please turn off the power switch on the panel.
6. The fuse equipped is 5A and cannot be replaced by a fuse larger than 5A.
7. There is high voltage inside and the bottom plate is live. It is strictly prohibited to repair it without permission to avoid personal electric shock.
8. If any exposed wires are found before use, stop using the machine and wait for repairs before using it.
9. When transporting, storing and using the equipment, it must not be hit, stressed, or exposed to moisture.
10. When unpacking the product for inspection and acceptance, under normal transportation and intact packaging, if any parts of the product are found to be inconsistent with the packing list, you should contact the company in time. 11. According to the instruction manual, you should understand the operation clearly in advance. If you find any problems with the manufacturing quality of the product, explain it to the company within the specified period. This equipment has a six-month warranty and is responsible for maintenance.
Note: The machine is equipped with current limiting protection. When the area of the sealed aluminum foil is too large, or is too close to the induction coil, the output will be automatically shut down, the buzzer inside the machine will sound long, and the panel will be "abnormal protection (PRO. MD.)" The yellow indicator light stays on until restored.
