The product enters into the vibrating feeding through the Hopper, and enters into the rotating roller with a single layer. The feeding tray is equipped with a screen to remove the particles and fragments in the product, and is recycled by the powder collection box placed below.

When the medicine falls evenly on the rotating roller from the feeding tray, it will turn over continuously in the process of translation in front of the operator, so that the operator can easily pick out the unqualified medicine, and the foot switch can stop the conveyor belt at any time, and the medicine will still turn over when it stops, which will not affect the inspection process.

The equipment is also equipped with a debug-gable mirror, which allows the operator to pick out the unqualified medicine at the other end and use the Wenqiu jet vacuum system without external vacuum pump. The equipment is designed perfectly without blind spots, thus ensuring all-round inspection of the product. The rotating speed of the roller can be adjusted separately without being affected by the inspection speed. It is an ideal equipment for customers.
