1. If the pump oil is contaminated, too little or too thin, clean the vacuum pump and replace it with new vacuum pump oil; the pumping time is too short and extend the pumping time; the exhaust filter is clogged, clean or replace the exhaust filter; if there is an air leakage, close it after pumping. Power supply, check the solenoid valve, pipe joints, vacuum pump suction valve and sealing gasket around the working room for air leaks.
2. If the vacuum pump coupling is worn or broken, replace it; if the exhaust filter is clogged or installed in an incorrect position, clean or replace the exhaust filter and install it correctly; if there is an air leak, check whether the solenoid valve is leaking and eliminate it.
3. The O-ring of the suction valve falls off. Unplug the vacuum tube on the pump nozzle, remove the suction nozzle, take out the compression spring and suction valve, gently stretch the O-ring several times, re-insert it into the groove, and then Just install it; if the rotor vane is worn, replace the rotor vane.
4. The oil return valve is clogged. Remove the oil return valve and clean it (see the instruction manual for details); the oil window is loose. After draining the oil, remove the oil window and wrap it with raw material tape or thin plastic film.
5. The exhaust filter is clogged or contaminated. Clean or replace the exhaust filter; the pump oil is contaminated and replaced with new oil; the oil return valve is clogged. Clean the oil return valve.
6. If the heating strip is burned out, replace the heating strip; if the heating time relay is burnt out (when the power is turned on, both lights will light up at the same time, and the OMRON light is yellow), replace the time relay; if the heating wire is burnt, replace the heating wire and install it firmly; control the heating temperature band The switch has poor contact, repair or replace it; the AC contactor that controls heating does not reset, repair it (use airflow to blow away foreign matter) or replace it; the heating transformer is broken and replaced
7. The heating time relay has poor contact or is burned out. Adjust the time relay to contact the socket or replace it; control the heating AC contactor not to reset, repair or replace it.
8. The heating time and heating temperature are not adjusted to the appropriate level; there are attachments on the heating cloth, gently scrape off the attachments with your nails; the pressurized solenoid valve does not operate, clean or replace the solenoid valve; the air bag is damaged, replace the air bag; the pressurized trachea is damaged Repair or replace; the non-bleeding cooling time relay is broken (in the electrical box). Replace the time relay; find the break in the purge valve circuit and connect it; the purge valve is stuck or burned, remove it, clean or replace it.
9. The packaging bag layer on the side that is not heated is short-circuited with the heating device (generally short-circuited with the copper welding piece). Adjust the position of the copper soldering piece, or rest the packaging bag layering.
10. The working room is not tightly covered. Cover the working room tightly; reverse the motor (be careful not to change the ground wire, the colored wire is the ground wire); the fuse is broken (the indicator light is on). Replace the fuse with the same specification.
11. If there is no power supply, check whether there is power supply; the travel switch does not operate and adjust the travel switch paddle; the fuse is broken (the indicator light is on). Replace the fuse with the same specification and frequently burns the fuse. Find and eliminate short circuits; the motor reverses for too long and any two-phase power cord Replace the installation (except the ground wire); if the oil viscosity is too high, clean the pump and replace the oil. If there is a short circuit in the paddle in the fuse box, repair it.
