Bottle delivery and bottle management: Manually put the bottle into the bottle management machine, and the bottle management machine will automatically send the bottle into the fixed loading position according to the set direction.

Feeding cover vibration disc: Manually put the cover into the oscillating disc, and the oscillation will automatically send the cover to the fixed gland position in the set direction.

Feeding the tablet into the bottle: automatically roll the tablet, arrange the tablet to each track, automatically send the tablet to the loading position, and automatically send the tablet into the bottle.

Gland part: When the bottle is detected and contains tablets, the gland part automatically presses the cap into the bottle opening.
Electronic control part: The whole operation process of the equipment is controlled by PLC and automatically executed in order. When a package is missing, it will automatically alarm and delay the shutdown.

Manually pour the tablet into the storage bucket - the tablet enters the screen part - automatic slide into the rail - automatically enter the loading position, manually put the bottle into the bottling machine, automatically arrange the bottle and send the bottle to the loading position, manually pour the cap into the feeding bucket - automatically arrange the cap - enter the capping position, the machine automatically complete the bottle and arrange the cap, load the tablet into the bottle, press the cap and take out the bottle.
