Equipment Introduction

1. The main machine adopts Omron computer control system. The system is fast, stable and safe, with pill counting and help information prompt functions.

2. The rubber adopts water cooling system to make the rubber more uniform, which not only overcomes the pollution of rubber surface caused by air cooling, but also expands the applicability of the main machine to the rubber. For low-viscosity transparent rubber, it will not produce patterns, which reduces the number of special-shaped pills; the spread box is equipped with a liquid level probe, which can realize the automatic glue adding function.

3. The left and right spindle holes of the machine head are bored by the four-axis CNC machining center imported from Switzerland, and the bearings are original Japanese C-grade bearings, which ensure that the coaxiality of the spindle after assembly is less than 0.03mm, and the parallelism is less than 0.03mm, which ensures the spindle accuracy and improves the service life.

4. The mold material is made of high-quality aviation alloy, with special surface treatment and high-platform design, which can greatly improve the durability of the mold and increase the service life of the mold by 60%; the mold design and processing adopts CAD/CAM technology, and the density of mold cavity arrangement can reach the limit, so that the number of mold cavities is increased from the original 80 to 85 (olive-shaped No. 8), the output is increased by 11%, and the utilization rate of mesh glue is increased by 20%, which improves production efficiency and saves costs; the high-precision Swiss four-axis CNC machining center ensures the processing accuracy of the mold.

5. The rubber lubrication adopts micro-oil supply technology to minimize the oil consumption, and uses a mechanical pump (relative to the peristaltic pump, its service life is greatly increased and the pipe will not break) to add oil, and the amount of oil can be adjusted separately with the main engine speed.

6. The liquid level control of the spread gelatin box can be automatically located at a constant position.

7. The temperature control adopts the PID intelligent temperature controller imported from Japan to greatly improve the temperature control accuracy.

8. The difference in soft capsule filling volume is <±1.5%.

9. The spray body adopts non-toxic polytetrafluoroethylene spraying technology to ensure that the temperature of the heating surface is uniform and non-sticky.

10. The gears and worm gear transmission combinations are strictly inspected for single pieces and coordinated movements before assembly.

11. The power of the main motor is 0.75kW, and there will be no power shortage when the contents are relatively viscous.

12. The rubber is double-sided lubricated.

13. The oil roller drive shaft adopts a mechanical overload protection design.

14. The conveyor is controlled by PLC and runs in both directions.

15. The pump body lifting and mold tightening adopts Japanese SMC pneumatic mold tightening, and the syringe automatically lifts and lowers, which is fast and easy.

16. The electric control cabinet is placed at the rear of the machine, the operation panel adopts Siemens touch screen, and all electric control components are imported. The control is accurate, stable and fast, which also simplifies the wiring and makes the operation more convenient.

17. Glue is supplied by pneumatic ground, without lifting and building technical interlayer, and the gas consumption is small. (The glue supply flow rate can be accurately controlled by the pressure regulating valve, and the glue is completely discharged with almost no residue; the quick-install pipeline is adopted, which is easy to clean and disassemble; the inner wall is mirror polished, and the connection with the bottom cone surface adopts arc transition; the barrel cover adopts a quick clamping and loosening structure, which is easy to use and reliable) It adopts PID intelligent temperature controller adjustment, solid-state relay output, and the temperature control accuracy can reach ±0.1℃.

18. The transportation process is completely closed, and the pipeline connection adopts quick connectors, which is easy to assemble, disassemble and clean.

19. The parts of the machine that contact with the liquid medicine and gelatin are made of materials that are non-toxic and harmless to the human body and will not have any falling objects. In the design and production, the operator's safety, convenient operation and easy cleaning are fully considered, and there are no sanitary dead corners that are difficult to clean.

20. The shaping drying cage adopts fluidized bed drying technology to greatly speed up the drying process. The cage is made of stainless steel mesh plate, which is easier to clean. Non-metallic gear transmission avoids possible contamination of capsules by chain transmission and reduces noise. The cage is light and beautiful, can be loaded and unloaded by one hand, and is easy to clean.

 

Performance Characteristics

Features of machining the main parts of the machine body:

1. To ensure the accuracy of the spindle slider, firstly perform rough milling on its shape, then perform surface grinding, and finally perform manual grinding to meet the design requirements (the clearance from the center of the slider to the lower plane of the upper box in the vertical direction is not more than 0.02mm), the axial movement is not more than 0.02mm, the swing angle of the slider in any direction is not more than 10 minutes, the slider and the front door beam and the slider and the head slider groove are first rough milled, then fine milled, and finally manually ground with red powder.

2. The left and right spindle holes of the head are processed by special boring tools. The imported Swiss four-axis CNC machining center first performs rough boring and then fine boring on the head and front door beam. The whole processing process does not require secondary clamping, which reduces the clamping error. At the same time, the head uses Japanese original C-grade bearings to ensure that the final radial runout of the spindle is less than 0.03mm, thereby ensuring that the spindle of the shot pressing mold runs smoothly, the shot pressing speed is fast, and the joints are good.

3. The shaft hole of the rubber drum is processed based on the bottom plane of the fuselage. It is bored through with a precision CNC centering cutter imported from Switzerland. However, it is manually scraped and ground during assembly to ensure that its radial total runout is less than 0.05mm. The outer surface of the rubber drum is made of stainless steel and hard chrome-plated. The drum is fine-ground on a grinder based on its center axis to ensure its smoothness.

4. In order to ensure the accuracy of the injection amount of the injection pump, the processing of its piston pump rod is first rough turning, then fine turning, then fine grinding, and finally manual grinding. Each pump rod is finely inspected with a spiral micrometer and divided into three groups according to φ9.58~9.6, φ9.61~9.63, and φ9.64~9.66. During assembly, each group (8) of pump rods uses rods in the same group, so that the diameter tolerance of each group of pump rods is within 0.02mm. Make sure that the amount of each injection is the same each time, thus ensuring that the difference in the amount of soft gelatin pills is less than ±2%.

5. Strict single-piece and coordinated motion inspections are carried out before assembling the gear and worm gear drive assembly.

6. The gelatin box is made of copper alloy with excellent thermal conductivity, and the surface is sprayed with non-toxic polytetrafluoroethylene to make heating more uniform and easy to clean.

Roller mold features:

1. The mold material is made of high-quality aviation alloy, with special surface treatment and high-platform design, which can greatly improve the durability of the mold and increase the service life of the mold by 60%;

2. When processing the mold, a dividing plate is engraved on the CNC machine tool to ensure its indexing tolerance, and the indexing tolerance accuracy is <5". When the two molds are stationary, the adjustment gear at the rear of the machine head is adjusted to align the lines as a reference, mainly to check whether the upper and lower edges of the cavity holes of the two mold cavities are consistent. When the two molds are in a rotating working state, there are springs and gears driving the mold spindle inside the machine head. The tension of the torsion spring eliminates the gear gap, ensuring continuous "gapless" movement of the two gears, driving the two mold spindles to move synchronously, so that the two molds are synchronized.

3. The mold design and processing adopts CAD/CAM technology, and the density of the mold cavity arrangement can reach the limit, increasing the number of mold cavities from the original 80 to 85, and the output increased by 11 %, the utilization rate of mesh glue increased by 20%, improved production efficiency and saved costs; the high-precision Swiss four-axis CNC machining center ensures the processing accuracy of the mold.

4. The automatic die setting system is adopted to make mold replacement and alignment simpler and more intuitive.

5. The rectangular nozzle structure designed by our company is adopted, which is not restricted by materials in production (viscous materials, suspensions, etc., but the particles cannot be too large, for example: the particles are required to be crushed to 120 mesh, not 80 mesh, and the ingredients must be strictly made according to the requirements), the injection is smooth, and the load of the reversing plate and the injection pump plunger rod is reduced, thereby reducing the load of the injection pump and the gears and worm gears inside the main machine, and extending the service life of the machine (other opportunities will cause the O-ring to be easily worn and cause the main machine to run poorly).

6. The outer surface of the syringe adopts the spray-coated non-toxic polytetrafluoroethylene process to ensure that the temperature of the wedge-shaped heating surface is uniform and non-sticky.
