This Counting Machine can be applied for counting capsules, soft gels, tablets, chewing gum, round pills, and other solid materials without the need for tooling when changing objects. Its part in contact with material is made of superior 304 stainless steel, which totally meets the GMP requirement.

The bottle blocking device on the conveyor belt blocks the transferred bottle at the bottling position, waiting for filling. The material falls into the counting device in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate, and is counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle at the bottling position.
