NFJ-150 capsule polishing machine is composed of base, discharge port, frame, single-phase motor, polishing brush, glass cover, net bag, hopper, vacuum cleaner (self-provided) and other parts. The polishing brush is directly driven by the motor, and the drug that can be polished according to the speed is put into the hopper, along with the brush rotation, it is input to the discharge port along the bag, and the powder will be collected into the vacuum cleaner, and the frame can adjust the working Angle with the support rod and the locking handle.

1. Machine installation requirements:

This machine can be used on any flat ground, only with single-phase three-pin socket (~ 220V).

2. After the machine is properly placed, connect the vacuum cleaner, turn on the power, place the filling device under the discharge port, and pay attention to the working condition of the host vacuum cleaner, and test the speed regulation performance. If the operation is normal, a small amount of drugs can be added to the hopper for polishing, and according to the surface condition of the polished drug, the Angle of the frame can be adjusted respectively until the polished drug meets the requirements, and it can be formally produced. After the production of a batch of drugs is completed, it needs to be empty for two minutes, and the dust in the conveying pipe can be cleaned before the polishing of different drugs can be carried out.

3. Polishing time adjustment:

Adjust the tilt Angle of the frame, change the height difference between the discharge port and the feed port, you can change the residence time of the drug in the polishing machine, the larger the tilt Angle, the longer the polishing time, and the shorter the vice versa. When adjusting the rack, you must support the rear of the rack with force to prevent the support from losing balance and damaging the rack after loosening the locking screws. Adjust the tilt Angle of the rack and tighten the locking screws again.

4. Clean up:

Use a wrench to loosen the tightening screws at both ends, remove the cover, take out the upper cover, tear the mesh, loosen the coupling tightening screws, carefully take out the shaft and blow it clean with compressed air, install it back and fix it in the opposite direction, try to turn it by hand for 1 or 2 times, no stuck or abnormal.
