The NJP-600 capsule filling machine is designed to fill hollow capsule apparatuses with a variety of materials, including powder, particles, or small fragments. Our manufacture has created the perfect filling machine by fusing the best aspects of comparable foreign products with the needs of the local market. Additionally, the production procedure satisfies all GMP requirements.

Product Feature

The apparatus has an internal cam transmission, which lowers the apparatus's center of gravity and increases stability when operating at high speeds. Ferguson transmission is used, and there is very little vibration. Depending on the powder, the dose difference is adjusted within 3-5%, and the operating noise at high speed is less than 75dB.
The rotating component can have an automatic lubrication system incorporated, and it is fully enclosed. The work surface is devoid of oil, preventing drug cross-contamination;
A unique adjustment device separates the dose plate from the copper plate. It may be quickly and easily adjusted, and a feeler gauge is not required for measurement.
The apparatus uses an HMl display, Siemens PLC programmable controller, and human-machine interface. It can show output per minute, cumulative output, empty capsule and powder status, as well as fault diagnosis prompts, an alarm for missing capsules, automatic shutdown when powder levels are too low, and more.
The equipment mold installation has pin holes, and mold calibration is a simple and quick process.
Use a double-supply structure. The capsule satisfies GMP requirements and is stable in a fast-running state.
The capsule filling rate exceeds 99.99% due to the machine's adoption of a brush cleaning and suction sucking gear.
