How to maintain packaging machines

1. The vacuum packaging machine should be used in an environment with a temperature of -10°C to 50°C, a relative humidity not greater than 85%, and no corrosive gases, dust, or explosive hazards in the surrounding air. Like the packaging machine and shrinking machine, this vacuum packaging machine has a three-phase 380V power supply.
2. Ensure that the vacuum pump of the vacuum packaging machine works normally, and the vacuum pump motor is not allowed to reverse. The oil level should be checked frequently. The normal oil level is 1/2-3/4 of the oil window (cannot exceed). When there is moisture in the vacuum pump or the oil color turns black, new oil should be replaced at this time (generally, it will work continuously for one or two hours). Replace it once a month, you can also use 1# vacuum gasoline or 30# gasoline or engine oil).
3. The impurity filter should be disassembled and cleaned frequently (generally cleaned once every 1-2 months. If fragmentary objects are packed, the cleaning time should be shortened).
4. After working continuously for 2-3 months, the back cover should be opened 30 times to lubricate the sliding parts and switch bumpers. The connecting parts on the heating rod should be lubricated according to the usage.
5. Frequently check the pressure reduction, filtration, and oil mist triple components 24 to ensure that there is oil (sewing machine oil) in the oil mist and oil cup, and that there is no water in the filter cup.
6. The heating strip and silicone strip should be kept clean and no foreign matter should be stuck on them to avoid affecting the sealing quality.
7. The two layers of sticky paste on the heating rod and under the heating plate serve as insulation. If damaged, they should be replaced in time to avoid short circuit.
8. The user must prepare his own working air source and inflation air source. The working pressure of the vacuum packaging machine has been set to 0.3MPa, which is more appropriate. Do not adjust it too high unless there are special circumstances.
9. The vacuum packaging machine is not allowed to be tilted or hit during transportation, nor is it allowed to be moved upside down.
10. The vacuum packaging machine must have a reliable grounding device during installation.
11. It is strictly forbidden to put your hands under the heating rod to prevent injury. In case of emergency, cut off the power supply immediately.
12. When working, ventilate first and then power on. When shutting down, power off first and then gas.
