Process Description of Each Station of the Entire Equipment

1) Material Roll Station

The material station is equipped with two material shafts, the left shaft being the main shaft and the right shaft being the spare shaft. During operation, when the material on the main shaft is about to run out, the material sensor transmits the information to the equipment control system, and the machine stops. Then, the spare material from the right shaft is moved to the main shaft, pulled to the web guide platform, and the materials are spliced together. The equipment then resumes operation.

2) Material Rotary Die-Cutting Station (Half-Cut)

The material enters the die-cutting station for half-cutting. To ensure that the die-cut material is not carried away by the die-cutting roller, air blowing holes (nozzles) are installed on and in front of the roller; a roller cleaner is installed behind the roller to ensure its cleanliness; a "pressure-adjustable hydraulic testing device" is installed above the roller bracket to protect the rotary die-cutting blade; material waste is collected using an upper winding method.

3) Material Slitting Station

Rotary knife slitting is used. To ensure stable material operation, the left and right edge waste is collected separately using two shafts (A and B).

4) Material Rotary Die-Cutting Station (Full-Cut)

The material undergoes full cutting through rotary die-cutting. To ensure stable material operation, a negative suction air duct is used; a self-made roller cleaner is installed behind the roller to ensure its cleanliness; a "pressure-adjustable hydraulic testing device" is installed above the roller bracket to protect the rotary die-cutting blade.

5) Material Missing Detection Station

Upper and lower infrared sensors accurately detect the absence of PET release film (upper and lower whitening tooth patch carriers) and upper and lower whitening tooth patches. If any of the above situations occur, the information is transmitted to the control system, and the corresponding material is removed at the waste removal station.

6) Packaging Film Lamination Station

When the material is conveyed to the upper and lower packaging film lamination station, due to the gap in the conveying channel, all six pieces of material may shift or change their original positioning at this joint. The equipment adjusts this using six independently operating servo motor control systems. If the displacement is large, the material is removed, ensuring that all six tooth patches enter the packaging film synchronously in the set state. Packaging film printing specifications: The packaging film for six dental patches consists of upper and lower films spliced together (6 upper films + 6 bottom films), with 3 registration marks (on both sides and in the middle).

Slitting process: The packaging film is fed through a web guide for slitting. Before slitting, a UV printer is used to print the production batch number, production date, and expiration date on the bottom film. After slitting, the upper and bottom films are precisely aligned and laminated using registration marks via a web guide.

7) Packaging bag heat sealing station

Heat sealing uses a bottom heating method, and the heat sealing degree is adjusted by air pressure. 6 pieces * 4 sets = 24 pieces are heat-sealed at once. 8) Packaging bag die-cutting and slitting station

Six dental patch packaging bags are separated using a rotary die-cutting machine and a slitting machine. To protect the rotary die-cutting blade, an "adjustable pressure hydraulic testing device" is installed above the blade roller support.

9) Material missing packaging bag rejection station

The packaging bags with missing materials detected by the material missing detection station are precisely rejected.

10) Packaging bag collection and sorting station

The packaged dental patch bags are collected and then dropped onto a 2-meter conveyor belt according to the packaging quantity (the quantity can be set according to requirements).
