The automatic packing process of soap involves several steps, and is mainly completed by the automatic cartoning machine.
Firstly, the process begins by placing cartons into the feed port, a sucker sucks a carton out of the feed port and descends it onto the main box. Next, a rail clamp holds the carton in place and a sliding plate opens the carton. At this point, two forward moving slots are raised from below, jammed the sides of the carton from front to back, causing the carton to open at a right Angle and move forward to the loading area.
In the filling area, another sucker takes a product (soap) from the product inlet, and puts it into the carton. At the same time, has a suction cup from the instruction manual inlet, and put into the carton. After the loading is completed, the mechanism of the machine folds the ears into the left and right guide rail, and then the cover is closed. Before closing the lid, the mechanism bends the tongue of the carton, then a pushing plate pushes the lid to bend, so that the tongue is inserted into the box and the lock QQ is tight.
Finally, has a conveyor belt to the finished cartons out of the outlet, to complete the whole packing process. The automatic packing machine not only improves the efficiency of packing, ensures the accuracy and consistency of packing, reduces the manual intervention and reduces the cost.
