The daily maintenance of the packaging machine is a key link to ensure its normal operation and extend its service life. Here are some key daily maintenance steps and considerations
First, cleaning work
Keep equipment clean:
Clean the dust, oil and packaging residue on the surface of the packaging machine regularly to keep the appearance of the equipment clean.
When cleaning, avoid using corrosive or strong acid and alkali detergent to prevent damage to the surface of the equipment.
Key parts cleaning:
Pay special attention to clean the sealing parts such as heating strips and silicone strips, and keep the surface free of foreign matter and adhesion to ensure the sealing quality.
Clean sliding parts and switch blocks to prevent poor sliding or switch failure due to dirt accumulation.
Second, lubrication and fastening
Lubrication maintenance:
Fill lubricating oil regularly to the gear roller of the packaging machine, the oil injection hole of the bearing with the seat and the moving parts to reduce wear and friction.
Pay attention to the type of lubricating oil and the amount of filling, avoid dripping oil on the transmission belt, in order to prevent slipping or aging of the belt.
Fastening check:
Periodically check and tighten fasteners such as screws and bolts at various parts of the packaging machine to prevent equipment failures or safety accidents caused by loosening.
Special attention is paid to the fastening of transmission parts, sealing parts and fixing devices.
Three, electrical part maintenance
Power check:
Ensure that the power supply of the packaging machine is stable to prevent voltage fluctuations or power failures from affecting the device.
Regularly check the contact between the power line and the plug and socket to ensure that there is no loosening, corrosion, and aging.
Waterproof and moisture-proof:
The packaging machine should be placed in a place with dry air, and pay attention to the waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-rat of the electrical part.
Keep the inside of the electric control box and the wiring terminals clean to prevent electrical faults.
4. Operation and inspection
Standard operation:
When operating the packaging machine, comply with the operating specifications to avoid overloaded operation or frequent start/stop operations.
When the machine is shut down, the two heat sealing rollers should be in an open state to prevent burning the packaging materials.
Regular inspection:
The newly installed machinery must reflect and tighten the transmission and moving parts within a week of use, and refueling protection.
Check and test the functions of the packaging machine regularly to ensure stable and reliable equipment performance.
5. Special maintenance
Seasonal maintenance:
Packaging equipment should focus on the combustion and lubrication system, hydraulic system, cooling system and starting system and other components for testing and repair before the summer and winter each year.
Outage maintenance:
When packaging equipment needs to be discontinued for a period of time due to seasonal factors (such as the winter break), cleaning, plastic surgery, supporting, anti-corrosion and other work should be done.
6. Troubleshooting and recording of faults
Troubleshooting:
Once the packaging machine is found to be faulty or abnormal, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and to find the cause of the failure.
Troubleshoot and repair according to fault phenomena and equipment specifications.
Fault record:
Record the troubleshooting and maintenance process of each fault, including fault phenomena, fault causes, maintenance methods and maintenance results.
Experience and lessons can be summarized through fault records to improve troubleshooting and maintenance efficiency.
