Inner Ear Loop Mask Machine

• The GD-2001 mask machine is a fully automatic production equipment for inner ear loop masks.
• This machine is composed of an automatic separation system connected with an GD- 001 mask body machine and one GD-005 type inner ear loop welding machine.
• The mask body produced by the body machine can be equally distributed to one set inner ear loop welding machines by PLC at the rate of 70-80 pieces per minute.
• The whole process can be controlled by touch screen.
• Except GD-001 mask body machine, the latter part can change 1 or 2 sets of ear loop welding machine. (According to your requirement)

1. Small size, small footprint, the whole machine adopts aluminum alloy structure, beautiful and strong no rust;

2. High output, can produce 3 layers of masks according to customer requirements;

3. The folding position and size of the mask body can be adjusted;

4. The ear band of the mask should be directed inward;

1. Non-woven fabric: (2parts)width 17.5cm and width 18.5cm/19.5cm,20-25g
2. Melt-blown fabric: width 17.5cm, 25g
3. Non-woven strip: width 2m, 30g
4. Nose strip: width 3mm, each slice is cut 80-100mm
5. Elastic ear band: 3mm, each slice is cut 300mm, single side 150mm*2 side = 300mm
